Vintage ecru or ivory oval-shaped pineapple doily, in excellent vintage condition. There are no stains or broken stitches on this beautiful piece of crochet! This delicate doily measures 15 1/2" long and 11" wide, at its widest points, and is a neutral ecru or light tan color. The pineapple motifs, which represent welcome, around the outer edge are each 2 3/4" long and 1 1/4" wide and surround the centre section. I acquired the doily from an estate auction, and it's been stored in my pet-free, smoke-free home studio.This doily is a perfect example of delicate handwork; it's just what you need for your home!
