Hi! I'm so glad you stopped by! Let me tell you just a bit about myself . . .
I've been married to Wes, my high-school-sweetheart preacher-husband, for over 30 years, and we have three adult children. I was saved in 1993, after being raised in church and hoping I was saved. On March 8th of that year, I truly trusted Christ completely for my salvation for the first time in my life.
Our older son, Samuel, is married to Juliana. They both graduated with Master's degrees from West Coast Baptist College, and until September 2016, worked on staff at the college and Christian school. In January of 2018, they moved to Christchurch, New Zealand, where Sam is pastoring a church. Sam and Juliana gave us our first grandchild, Emma, and have another baby on the way, due April 2018 - also a girl!
Our younger son is Andrew. He is still single and living his dream of being a law enforcement officer in southern California. Andrew also graduated from West Coast Baptist College and worked for several years in graphic design. He's active in his community and church, and loves to mentor boys who need a "big brother" in their lives to help steer them in the right direction. Andrew has a heart for making a difference in the world, and his life reflects his heart. His career as a law enforcement officer will give him many opportunities to make a difference in his community!
Our youngest child is our only daughter, Beth. She's a 2015 graduate of West Coast Baptist College. Beth is the high school history and social studies teacher at First Baptist School of Rosemount, Minnesota. She loves her teenagers and loves being a positive influence in their lives. Her greatest desire is to marry and have a family, but she's content where God has her in life right now.
